•From the main Room Manager Console
Reports > Management Report

•Report shows current month statistics

•Select the icon on the right of Date Range to allow date ranges within a calendar month,
or over a period more than one calendar month

Room Type

The room category

Room

The room name

Total Nights

The total number of nights, within the date range specified

Nights Occupied

The total number of nights, within the date range specified, that the room is occupied

Nights Unoccupied

The total number of nights, within the date range specified, that the room is unoccupied.
Note:  If a room is blocked out, the status of the room is 'unoccupied'

% Occupied

Percentage of the total date range that the room is occupied.

Revenue (ex. GST)

The revenue (excluding GST) which is generated by the room during the date range specified.

GST

The GST on the Revenue

Revenue

The total revenue - ie Revenue (ex. GST) plus GST

ADR

The average daily revenue for the room.
This is calculated by (Revenue) divided by (Nights Occupied)

Revpar

The revenue per available room
Revpar is calculated by (Revenue) divided by (Rooms Available)
